Where a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

Halo Kollective complies with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL").

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing may not always be perfect.

Customers may request a size exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order provided that:

  • The item is unworn;

  • The item is unwashed;

  • Original tags remain attached;

  • The item is returned in its original condition;

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

Exchange requests submitted outside the 14-day period may be declined.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, or marked as "Sale" are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
